Each LumineerĀ® is bonded to the surface of one of your teeth, covering the visible areas of it. As a result, when you smile, all that you see are the LumineersĀ® instead of your natural teeth!
These veneers are as thin as contact lenses! This means in most cases, LumineersĀ® can be placed on your teeth without any drilling or tooth reduction and the necessity of temporaries! While some minor polishing and enamel recontouring may be necessary, these veneers are done painlessly, with no shots and it is a reversible, non-invasive comfortable procedure that is proven to last for up to 20 years! Dr. Kenneth Beard graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1971. He received his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) in 1988. Dr. Beard is proud to be apart of the prestigious, and world renowned Las Vegas Institute (LVI) for Advanced Studies where he continues his education to provide the best dental techniques and service to his patients. Dr. Beard has been in practice since 1971, and established his private practice in 1973. He is proud to have his son Brian, join his practice in 1993.
